Having worked extensively with HSBC and led several digital transformation strategies over the past 2 years, Chris is a subject matter expert on Durable Medium. With more than 15 Years experience in advertising and marketing, he has also worked with some of the world’s leading brands including Castrol, Coca-Cola, Adidas and McDonald’s.

Christian has more than 15 years of experience from Banks and Financial Institutions, focusing on private clients working for SEB & Nordea’s private banks in the UK, First Securities, Orkla and Lindorff. He is the founder of Jagca Capital and former Managing Partner of a Family Office. 

Nino is a co-founder of Ledgerstate, a company accelerating the deployment of digitalisation technologies to support SDGs. He has 20 years of experience from business development, IT security, and finance.  Nino built Hamilton People, a HR/Technology company employing over 1000 people in Norway, which he later sold to TopTemp. His extensive network enables him to utilize the best technologies to achieve his goals.

Damir is a co-founder of Ledgerstate and Founding partner of the INEX360 Consortium, which helps organisations and individuals to transition to the New Economy. He is also involved in several global social impact projects with some of the worlds most significant NGOs and foundations. Previously, he has been involved in restructuring over 50 organisations in different industries across 3 continents, which gives him a cross-industry perspective. 

Vegard has experience from trade finance, compliance and risk management in banking, energy, shipping and commodity sectors, having worked at Nordea & Angola LNG Marketing. He is an associate in Jagca Capital.
